If we are found liable for any claims, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Tree Removal Savings in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Binding Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Florida, and each party will bear its own costs.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be handled individually and not as a class action.
